This spring, we are honoured to welcome Michelin-starred Adam Stokes and the team from Adam’s Restaurant, Birmingham, for an exclusive collaborative dining experience.

Together, both kitchens will present a bespoke tasting menu, created in partnership and served throughout the evening. A rare opportunity to experience two distinct culinary voices in one setting, united by a shared respect for exceptional seasonal produce and craftsmanship.

Later this year, we are proud to host a special charity dining evening in collaboration with chef Matt Davies. Raising funds for causes close to his heart and to the hospitality community.

This meaningful event will bring together thoughtful cooking, shared stories, and a collective effort to support Hospitality Action, Fisher House, and Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham Charity.
